eMix, Now Nearly 400 Customers Strong
And Growing...
On December 21st, 2011, barely two years after our beta debut, eMix announced its 350th customer, Mercy Health Partners, a member of the Trinity Health organization of hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers that serve the western Michigan region.
The number of facilities using eMix continues to rise as new customers are signing up every day. Currently, eMix has a presence in 43 states. Many facilities that have identified the cost-saving benefits of eMix, are beginning to create their own campaigns to reach out to their partners and get them on-board with using eMix.
So if you think no one else in your area has caught on, check again.
You can find out what facilities are using eMix by viewing the public address book found on your eMix Gateway.
Is your facility not listed in the eMix public address book? Don't be shy. Being listed on the eMix Public Address Book advertises to other facilities using eMix that your institution is also capable of receiving imaging exams and reports quickly and securely via eMix.
Select or modify your eMix site delegate by logging onto eMix.com and visiting the Contact Info page under the Administration tab.
Let everyone know you can now accept images and reports via eMix!

Pediatrix Medical Group
Richard Simon, National Director of Pediatric Cardiology, at Pediatrix understands the value of eMix and would describe his implementation of eMix as "very successful" to date.
Pediatrix Medical Group is the nation's leading provider of maternal-fetal, newborn, and pediatric sub-specialty physician services. Pediatrix Medical Group has 17 practices in 8 states staffed by over 100 pediatric cardiologists. Presently, 3 of their 17 practices are working with eMix and 9 more are preparing to start.
Mr. Simon is excited to begin using eMix to assist hospitals with transferring exceptionally large echo studies more efficiently and less expensively, by eliminating the need for cutting a DVD and waiting for couriers to deliver the studies.
